Do you enjoy sex? If you answered yes then chances are this book will be at least slightly enjoyable. Perhaps the word "bible" in the title makes people take it a bit too seriously. Just enjoy life, enjoy your partner, and most importantly have fun (no matter how ridiculous some of these names/positions/pictures are).

The names were the most interesting part of the book, and that's not saying much. The descriptions and suggestions are not very detailed and leave you wondering exactly how to do them, and the pictures are not very supportive or helpful.

How to get the most from this book:

1) Be flexible (physically, emotionally, mentally)
2) Be fit, I mean at least a little athletic
3) don't take yourself too seriously (be ok with laughing and changing to something else if it's not working)

I bought this book from Mosex, to be honest the title of the book caught my attention. The book was interesting, some of the names were pretty pretty HILARIOUS!
