I love inspirational stories and Guideposts is often a good source. This is their second collection of their best angel stories, and each is designed to warm the heart and inspire the spirit. There are all kinds of short angel stories here--stories about death and life, experiences on the other side, unexpected blessings, animals as protective angels, and times when lives seemed to be truly touched by an angel. I especially appreciated the section showing acts of charity and love where ordinary people became the angels in the lives of those who needed them. Not every story struck the same cord with me, but I thoroughly enjoyed reading just a few every night before bed. It helped me go to sleep with a smile, feeling sure that angels were watching over me as well.

I won this book here on Goodreads, and so glad that I did. It was a very uplifting book, and I really enjoyed it.
