It's titled Lucid Dreaming but it's really psychology that happens to also be about lucid dreams. The movies Inception and Waking Life alongside the online article "Lar's Lucid Dreaming FAQ" are more informative! There's also the YouTube video "What Happens To Your Body When You Have Lucid Dreams" that explain the benefits of lucid dreaming.
An excellent guide on lucid dreaming. Provides many examples and techniques mixed with personal experience. I'll probably keep it around as a reference as I continue my training to lucid dream. I've had several since starting this book, and I want to keep up the momentum.
Very well documented person experience by the author of his life of Lucid Dreaming. Although I've read about Lucid Dreaming, I've never read as well described and helpful stories. Thank you Robert Waggoner for a book well written.
