Zgodbe so dobro napisane, a so nekoliko neobičajne. Knjiga lepo približa slovenski vsakdan, vpliv polpretekle zgodovine na današnje obnašanje in vsakodnevne težave določenih skupin ljudi.

Konci zgodb so precej realni, kar je presenetljivo, saj nekako pričakujemo (vsaj deloma) pozitiven razplet.

Zgodbe so sicer dobro napisane, v njih najdemo značilnosti slovenske družbe, o katerih najraje ne bi govorili, a vendar so tam, četudi si zatiskamo oči. Človeška narava, pač.

Zgodbe Agate Tomažič delujejo kot zelo dobro uglašen album podob iz življenja posameznikov, družin in drugih celic sodobne družbe. Impresije okolja in njih podaljški. Vse te so odličen simptom napak ali vsaj slabih presenečenj, ki so v konstalaciji vsakdanjih pogledov večkrat zakriti. Takšni strukturi in vsebinskim nastavkom ne bi bilo nič v škodo, če bi avtorica spisala še kako nadaljevanje. Pa tudi meni ne. Ker vtiranje zdravila v rane nespodobne žalosti nad družbo.
