Absolutely fell in love with the heroine, Trinity. She's this funny, assertive, quirky woman that doesn't let Callahan, the hero, ignore her how his broody mood wants him to. That sounded better in my head lol She is selfless. She is dependable. She is fun. She is loyal. She is persistent. Did I mention she was funny? It bears repeating. I definitely had a few good chuckles. Callahan tries to fight her very magnetic pull but who the heck can resist her? I can't! Lol He's muy sexy. He's honest. H ...more

A deliciously fun, sultry and heartwarming story I couldn’t put down!
“She’s my brightness, my light, even though I never intended her to be.”

After eight years of service to his country as an army sniper, an emotionally distressed Callahan has gone back stateside to the island of Kiawah wanting to get away from everything and everyone, craving a solitary life avoiding all types of emotion. But everyone knows what they say about the best laid plans though, because Callahan didn’t count on

Really enjoyed this book! I wasn't sure I liked Callihan at first but ended up loving him. Trinity was a fantastic heroine - she was hilarious but also super sweet. This was really good and I'm looking forward to reading more by this author.

I just loved this book. I am really new to Cecy Robson's writing, having only listened to one other audiobook before starting this one. I loved the first book that I read from this author so I was really excited to get started with this one and I must say that it lived up to every one of my expectations. It was a really great story and the audiobook production took everything to the next level.

I knew from the very start that this was

What a beautifully heartfelt romance!

I don’t want to feel anything. Maybe that’s why Trinity pisses me off more than she should, around her I feel . . . everything.

Returning from Iraq, Callahan a former Army Ranger Callahan is looking for peace and solitude. What he doesn’t need is an annoying girl bothering him constantly with her chatter, her smiles and her cheerfulness.

Trinity is enjoying a final summer of fun with her closest friends, before she joins the Peace Corps. It’s something

4.5 stars! Loved! Loved! Loved!

Oh my goodness, I loved this story! Can you tell?

Set up: Callahan is back in the states after spending eight years as an Army Ranger. Emotionally scarred and traumatized by what he went through overseas, Callahan is this stoic statue with everyone and every situation. Callahan first meets Trinity while working at a bar that Trinity and her friends frequent. Callahan immediately hates her. Trinity is like this constant positive tornado. Her and her friends are home

Okay, wow. I ended up liking this A LOT more than anticipated. I was bored in class and decided to try out the sample of this book and was immediately hooked!

I freaking loved this heroine!! My heroine-i-love shelf has mostly 4 or 5 star books which is quite telling! She had me chuckling quite a bit. I loved how she went after the H and didn't let her insecurities of being every guy's "buddy" stand in the way.

I also adored the H, Callahan, but it did take some time for me to. He came back from

Dirty Chai Latte Review of Inseverable

A Dirty Chai Latte consists of 1-ounce espresso, 4 ounces chai tea concentrate and 2 and 1/2 ounces milk. I have broken down Inseverable by these key ingredients.

Milk: Set in a small South Carolina Beach town we first meet a group of recent college graduates who have been friends since childhood. They are all lifeguards and enjoying their last summer together before heading off to college. A nice mix of guys and gals, Robson had me laughing, enjoying the

Trinity was spunky, bright, quirky and sssooo funny plus she wasn't afraid to talk about sex with anyone or anywhere. Callahan was brooding, grumpy and very, very yummy. I loved how their relationship developed, and there was no insta-anything. Her friends and family were so great. I can't wait to read more about them. Nice epilogue.

One of the things I've always loved about Cecy Robson is that she writes really great consistent characters. You never have what the heck moments with them and they are always relatable. That makes for good fiction for me because it doesn't put the story too far out of the realm of my possibility. She didn't disappoint with Callahan and Trinity.

Trinity is ridiculous. SO ridiculous I need her to be my friend. #TrueStory. I had SOOOOO much fun reading her and she balanced Callahan very well. Becau

Girl next door with sunshine oozing out her pores has her sights set on tall, dark, brooding Army Ranger who is hardened from the horrors of war.  Yep, this should be interesting...

Trinity ("Trin" to her friends) is a local on Kiawah Island in South Carolina and has come back to the island after college to work her last summer as a lifeguard with her oldest, best-est friends.  At the end of the summer, she'll be leaving for the Peace Corps, doing work she's done with her parents her entire life.

I love the pure raw emotion Cecy manages to put in all of her books, whether romance, contemporary or PNR, they really do all have that emotional connection so many of us crave and love.

She has yet to let me down with one of her books and this series, isn't any different. So glad I finally picked this one up and am kicking myself I waited so long to do so.

Inseverable is the first story in Cecy Robson’s new adult series Carolina Beach. I’ve read a couple of her Shattered Past novels and really enjoyed them, and the plot (and cover!) of this new story appealed to me so I was quite happy to pick it up for review. Trinity is spending one more summer on Kiawah Island as a head lifeguard, before heading off in the fall for a two year Peace Corps assignment. She’s had her heart broken once but it hasn’t stopped her cheerful, indomitable spirit. She’s de ...more

Inseverable opens with Trinity and her childhood friends all coming to the beach to work as lifeguards and enjoy their last summer before careers, grad school, jobs, and the peace corps, in her case, pull them apart. Trin comes from money, but she's a selfless, happy person with a huge heart. She can't stand to see someone hurting and in nee

Reviewed for: Where the Night Kind Roam

Ive been on a Cecy Robson contemporary roll as of late. I’ve just torn through six of them back to back and I was still ready for more; however, I’m now out of books. Le Sigh… So anyway, I think this was one of my favorites! Ok so at first I was not on #TeamTrinity she was a bit to “peppy” for me.. But like she does with Callahan she really grew on me until I found her quite endearing and thinking I could totally be friends with this chick. She’s loyal, car

5++ stars. This was one of my favorite books in a long time. Maybe it's my mood, maybe the characters, maybe the writing, I'm not sure but I loved every second of it. This story is about Callahan and Trinity and takes place in beach town in South Carolina. Callahan has spent the last 8 years as an Army Ranger doing 4 tours, seeing and doing things he will never forget. Trinity has just finished college and is spending one last summer with her best friends before they all leave to live grown up l ...more

Beautiful, heart wrenching, funny are just a few of the adjectives used to describe this story. True love doesn't always come easy. Trinity and Callihan prove that true love will never give up.

At first, Callihan was a closed off, tormented shell of the man he once was. His uncle left him his house on Kiawah Island and he was content to remodel that house while working as a bartender at the local hangout. He was broody and didn't want to deal with anyone. After

Loved this! Heroine is one of my all time favorites- smart, witty, and has a backbone. And our hero- a true hero, wounded soul, broody hot type- yum. On top of all that, really good writing! I will be back for more Cecy Robson.

Review: This review can also be found here at my blog. I just love how Cecy Robson always manages to write stories that have the perfect mix of rawness, emotion and humor.I've been a fan of hers ever since I read her Weird Girls series and her contemporary romance novels are equally great.

As the summary describes, we have Callahan-an ex-army sniper, who has dedicated years in service to the nation and has seen unspeakable horrors that have left him reeling with nightmares and PTSD.He inherits his

So much love for Inseverable, from the first page I knew this was going to be my kind of read.

The storyline was emotional, entertaining with believable, relatable and likable characters.
Callahan was dealing with PTSD and the only way he could get through the day was by shutting down and not feel.
And then Trinity comes into his life...

I absolute loved Trinity/Trin!

Callahan Sawyer may not have wanted to feel anything, but if you read this book—and you should read this book—you're bound to feel everything. I certainly did. I'm not sure I know how many times Inseverable hit my feels hard enough to spring tears to my eyes; three, at least. More, most likely.

And not just tears of pain or hurt, either. Tears of happiness, too. Of laughter. Because this book had all of those things stitched into its page. I'm a fan of Cecy Robson, her Shattered Past and O’Brien

Already Robson was becoming one of my favorite authors but Inseverable is the one that sealed the deal. Inseverable shows Robson's different writing style and I couldn't get enough of this new setting and the new characters that were introduced.

Callahan is back on U.S. soil from spending years being an Army Ranger. He is still trying to find his footing while being back. He first meets Trinity when he is working in the bar where her and her friends come during the summer. Upon meeting Trinity h

If you've been following my blog for any length of time you'll already know I'm a huge fan of Cecy Robson's. I love her Weird Girls urban fantasy series as well as her emotional and hard hitting Shattered Pasts and O'Brien Family contemporary romances so of course I was excited about her new Carolina Beach series from the minute I heard about it. I ADORED the hell out of this book!
From the characters to the storyline I was hooked and had a difficult time putting it down, in fact I did the whole struggle to keep my eyes open to continue reading thing and failed miserably, Inseverable brought out all the FEELS and I didn’t want it to end.

The description of Trinity was what drew me to the book. I love it when the heroine, or hero, tend to see themselves as only being the nerdy, quirky one of the bunch when they are really so much more and T

I loved the heroine of this story, she was really one of a kind! Trinity Summers is generous, caring, lively and warm. Her family comes from old Southern money, but she was raised with the idea that all good things should be deserved and that life’s purpose should be helping others. She spends her last summer free of life’s demands with her group of friends, serving as lifeguards on Kiawah Island.

When she meets Callahan Sawyer at a local bar, she is attracted to him but their first inte
