A bit of a dry read at times yet I picked up the book so that I could understand the Quadrilateral better and I can honestly say that I do indeed understand it better. So it accomplished its mission. It probably could of done so in a few less pages than this but none the less I did gain insight and appreciation. I particularly liked the comparisons to Locke and Aquinas. Overall I would recomend the book for Wesleyan scholars and those interested in Holiness theology.
