Fairly good. I do find the way the definitions are set up to be somewhat counter-intuitive; however, Weinreich offers a methodology section to explain how to use the book, so it's not impossible to grasp! Pretty comprehensive too, though there have been plenty of times when I couldn't find a word I came across in my readings.

This is an excellent resource. Not transliterated though so one really needs to know the alphabet. A classic.
