***Now revised and updated.***

You can be the strongest amongst many but it only takes one person to break you. Each year I end it thinking a change is going to come. It had to come.

Only the last eight years I've clearly offended the devil somehow as he’s decided to pile some form of crap on my shoulders since the year I turned eighteen. Loss, betrayal, fears - I have been

Oh how I LOVED this story!! This was an absolutely brilliant read and one I thoroughly enjoyed...

This is book 1 in the Spring Rose series from KL Jessop. I actually read this after reading book 2, and it didn't affect anything for me personally, as the books are written brilliantly as complete standalones, even though there are obvious connections between the books and the characters. Having read book 2 already, just made me even more excited to get my hands on this one and finally dive into Ame

Loved it! I was so captivated by this book. I kept thinking is it gonna end so I hope not! I was so glad it was the length it was. You know when you read a book and you wish die it ended too soon well don't get me wrong I would still love more of this story but it was perfect for me. This story does it a very sensitive subject so be ready or don't read if you can't handle. Many people can't handle write or persue exposure to this issue. It was very brace and I applause her for this. So here we h ...more

The story is amazing. I laughed I cried and felt the heartache Amelia felt. The story is really amazing and just shows people don’t know what can happen behind closed doors until it can be too late. Amelia story is so amazing and can be heartbreaking. It shows how things in life happen for a reason and what doesn’t kill us can make us stronger. Marcus and Amelia are great characters and I like how the chapters are from different perspectives. Ama

Wow is the best word I can come up with for this book. The story between Marcus and Amelia is what live should be. Patient, caring, and all consuming. Marcus is a good man and gives Amrlia just what she needs to heal from the abuse that she had to endure. I did want to smack him near the end but he redeemed himself. This book may have some triggers for some. But it is very worth the read. It is the first book by this author I have read but will not be the last

Omg such an awesome book, its sweet, sexy and all around good. The characters are well written, have great chemistry, and feel very real. Megan is the perfect friend and I aspire to be Rosa! There was so much emotion; I laughed, cried, felt heartache, got angry, and felt the love. I highly recommend this

This was a wonderful introduction to this series and one I'm looking forward to reading more of.

Amelia is sworn off relationships and, well, life outside of work. Beaten down physically and emotionally in the past, it is her way of protecting herself. Lacking in confidence and self-esteem she throws herself into work where she can be confident. When Marcus enters the scene, he is drawn to Amelia and it is his patience and showing her she is special that breaks down her walls and she starts to sh

Romantically, sweet and sexy.

Wow! This is a fantastic introduction to this series and I can't wait for further books.
Romantic, sweet and sexy. I loved all of the characters and the way they all worked together. Lost of twists and turns, feel good romantic relationship with some heart wrenching moments. Just remember to have tissues at the ready. I would definitely recommend this book to everyone. I loved the setting. Loss, betrayal and fears; Amelia battled through life and finally met the man

This was my first book by this author and it didn't disappoint. It had all the feels! From sweet sexy sense to heart-stopping moments that kept me on the edge of my seat. The emotion behind the story and the issues Amelia had to overcome tugged at my heart, and I fell in love with every character.
I really like the fact it was written from both characters point of view and I can't wait to see what comes next from this author.
I loved it!

This brilliant first book by such a young, talented writer brings these characters to life in a new relatable way with twists and turns at every page. The incorporation of a domestic violence issue and the emotional disfunction the issue brings to the victim is surprisingly well written and truthful. Very impressive!

This is the first book of Kate’s that I have read and it won’t be the last as I absolutely loved this book. It has taken me some time to write the review as I wanted to do the book justice and each time I thought about what to write it didn’t seem right.

The book follows Amelia who has had a rather tragic past and so has sworn off all extra curricula activities with men and friends except her “family” which consists of her best friend M

This book had such great potential. Good storyline covering betrayal and domestic abuse with likeable characters both primary and secondary - I absolutely loved Rosa!

I did feel that the story was dragged out somewhat and I eventually started to skim read it from around 55%. But this was mainly due to the abundance of grammatical and spelling errors. The phrases 'could of' and 'hadn't of' instead of 'could have' and 'hadn't have' were used more than once and there were a lot of words either missi

Kate has lived in South West England her entire life just on the edge of Dartmoor where the moorland goes on for days. It's beautiful, breath-taking and occasionally rather wet.

She is a dyslexic author and finds things challenging which often leads to banging her head against the wall or searching for vodka.
Kate loves anything creative, her college years were spent in the art room, she has numer
