Good book for having an overview on muscle training. I enjoyed the examples of “how to” on every exercise and especially that it states on which sport every exercise fit.

This book was really great, it definitely guides you to anyway to become in perfect shape. Itś designed withy all body, and muscle workouts. It helps you achieve optimum physical fitness for a specific sport so that you can achieve your full potential in whichever activity you enjoy, at whatever level you predform. The routines focus on real life scenarios ranging from exercising with tough objectives preventing activity.
There is also pregnant, or bad back and knee problem workouts that assist you to get back on your feet. All fitness helps you target any areas you wish to strengthen and tone. This book helps you gloriously become strong. All of these workouts is about focus on maintaining perfect form to gain maximum power and speed. I
t explains how to eat right, why and how, also sets you a schedule to help you become in perfection. It gives you tips on how to maintain a healthy metabolism. It teaches you stretches and how to prepare yourself for any body movement. This book hits you nothing but facts, and things we often question to being healthy. The best that got to me what i read was, ¨the more you workout, the more you will began to understand about how the human body works.¨ This conveys the more you practice or workout, progress will be shown working for it daily. Some tip I can say is eat more vegetables so you can achieve your ultimate goal, and if you got the power, go further.
In other words this book is perfect to help you transform and evolve to being awesome!!

Ok, but simultaneously disappointed. Like a collection of Men’s health magazines, the text doesn’t map muscles to exercises so you have to thumb through only to figure out you were probably on the money anyway with exercises you were already doing. I would have expected more for the cover price. Wished I’d loaned it from the library but realistically I doubt they have it.

I loved how all exercises were organized, clearly defined, and came with complete step-by-step instructions. It really helps as a beginning weight lifter.

Very useful for creating workouts for personal training clients. The sport specific exercises are great for sports I’m not familiar with in my own activities.

The book has a good spectrum of exercises for one to analyze. All in full color and with models displaying the move set. I like that it tells you the muscles targeted by them. Overall very informative though I wish they had a phone app companion so you could look up the exercises on the fly.
