India at Turning Point, the Road to Good Governance

Rate this book
A collection of essays by a former Cabinet Secretary, this book is an examination of how India has survived corruption and the avarice of her rulers to come to a point where there is a slow yet visible change. Subramanian believes that this change is a turning point and can be sustained through certain measures which he elaborates upon. The essays contain anecdotes from his wide experience and draw from his learning to present an argumentative, yet supportive description of the current state of the country.

Old man rambling

I expected this book to be about how we can make India better from a bureaucrat point of view. All I got was a hodgepodge of random ramblings.
Please don't waste money on this.
