Very good book on crating digital strategies. What I like most there are some real world cases that are discussed in the book, which can shed light on how theory really worked in reality.
This is more of an overview of Digital transformation, on a very high level, with few examples thrown in. I would rather read an article to know about Digital transformation approach. Disappointing.
Great, easy-read manual on the fundamentals of planning, executing and maintaining digital strategy. Enjoyed the real-life examples Alexander used to make some of his points.
Rauser's "Digital Strategy: A Guide to Digital Business Transformation" is a robust manual for leaders seeking to navigate the digital landscape. Rauser effectively demystifies complex digital concepts, offering actionable insights and frameworks that are both practical and accessible. However, the book could benefit from a deeper exploration of the cultural and ethical implications of digital transformation. While the technical guidance is top-notch, a stronger focus on the human and purpose-driven aspects would provide a more holistic approach, addressing the growing demand for socially responsible business practices.
This is a compact guide that gave me a few good ideas about how to go about developing a digital strategy for our company. Do interviews, create an asset sheet, put numbers next to KPIs - got it! ;-) Rauser has a very practical and down-to-earth view on digitalization which I found helpful.
