This is my second reading of Ziegler's "Sell Your Home Faster with Feng Shui", and I found I liked it much better this time. This is my second time selling a house, and her Feng Shui advice makes so much more sense having seen it in action from the last time. In the sale of my last home, my realtor originally wanted to list my home for $169K, but I felt it had more value. After reading Ziegler's book and making some simple Feng Shui adjustments and changes, the realtor returned and agreed to list the home for $199K. The first day of showing, there was a bidding war and it sold for $229.

These Feng Shui techniques really are effective. They really do work. You really will sell your home faster and for a higher price!
