My interest in feng shui began when I read a comment that we already practice feng shui, whether we realize it or not. To study it only means to improve the ch'i (energy)in our living, work, and/or personal space. I took a head dive into the art, and I am thoroughly enjoying it.

Roberts has the most simplififed approach to feng shui that I have come across so far. Her chapters are straight-forward, and she strongly encourages the practice of intention along with the actual placement (or removal) of one's possessions. I would recommend every one of her books for anyone looking to understand feng shui.

In many ways, this is a Feng Shui 101 book, but it takes a slightly different approach to some of the usual topics, such as how to view the elements. It is focused on western-style feng shui. The book was enjoyable and well-written. I was a little puzzled by some of the organization choices but there is both a table of contents and an index if one wants to use it as more of a reference guide. I would re-read the book and possibly consider buying it.

Fast Feng Shui indeed! This was the easiest book on Feng Shui I've ever read - and it made sense!! I got it from the library, but think I'm going to have to find it on amazon!
