Politically incorrect humor. Terrible artwork… and that’s what probably draws me in. Makes it a quick read as you don’t spend to much time admiring the artistry or dialog. Short and to the point on every page. Was curious to see what was next making it a page turner. Supposed to be over the top humor and yet some of it probably isn’t. I definitely laughed out loud, hope that doesn’t make me a bad person.
A collection of Dagsson's “worst” comics. Some go over the line. While that line may differ per person, Dagsson will find and cross it.
From crass to existential, it is a surprisingly varied collection that shoots with all cylinders. It is not statistically impressive when one hits a home run, but it certainly feels and reads good.
The collection lives up to its name; sometimes, it even pulls at your heartstrings. Readers beware; you are certainly not going to be bored.
*2 stars* This book is also in every gift shop in Iceland. Almost impossible not to pick it up, and quick enough to read through every page. It's weird Icelandic humor… I didn’t understand some of it but and parts were a little risqué but the pages flew by!
