Children will have fun following the adventure as they sing and play along to the accompanying audio CD. The book also includes the musical scores for the melody and guitar chords for all 10 songs.

En un entretenido y humorístico cuento en el que se intercambian los papeles de las historias de caballerías, Don Latón, un caballero orgulloso pero cobarde, huye a su castillo y busca la ayuda de la valiente doncella Zé para vencer al insolente dragón Coque, quien ha prendido fuego a la carpa del circo. Los niños se divertirán mientras cantan o tocan música junto al CD acompañante. El libro incluye también las partituras con la melodía y los acordes de guitarra para las 10 canciones.

Jörg Hilbert, Jahrgang 1965, hat nach Abitur und Zivildienst Kommunikations-Design studiert. Seine erste Zeichnung erschienen 1984 in einer Zeitung, ein erstes Buch mit Musik-Cartoons wurde 1988 veröffentlicht. Seither sind in Wort und Bild ungefähr achtzig weiter Bücher, Notenausgaben, CD-Roms und andere Medien gefolgt. Am bekanntesten sind die Kinderbuch-Musicals vom Ritter Rost mit der Musik von Felix Janosa. Sie wurden vielfach ausgezeichnet und sind mit rund 400 Aufführungen pro Jahr auch in ihrer Theaterfassung erfolgreich. Weitere Titel sind der Schweinachtsmann, die weltweit erfolgreiche Serie Fritz & Fertig - Schach lernen für Kinder (zusammen mit Björn Lengewnus) sowie zahlreiche Ausgaben für den Musikunterricht. Jörg Hilbert ist mit Joachim Ringelnatz verwandt und tritt bisweilen auch als Rezitator auf.

Hab beim Vorlesen heute fast meine Stimme verloren, also damn right logge ich diesen absoluten Banger! (Schade nur, dass nur ein Teil der Lieder mit Gesang online zu finden waren, Gott weiß wo meine CD gelandet ist und ob sie heute überhaupt noch funktionieren würde)

Para mí, este fue un libro de pinta rara. Al comienzo, me gustaba mucho, una historia original con personajes acogedores. Sin embargo, cuando el dragón está castigado por algo que hizo sin querer, no me interesaba tanto. No escuché las canciones que lo acompaña, quizás éstas recompensen este defecto de la trama.
