Thoroughly enjoyed this book - made me laugh out loud, shed a tear (sad and joy), made me mad, raised provocative questions, challenged and inspired me. Incredibly well written with images, story lines and characters woven together in a unique way. Well worth the read and I will be reading it a second time this summer!

““...[David] has a gift shared by few others, the ability to not only see the world in a vivid and insightful way but also to translate his unique point of view onto the page in prose that bursts with a passion for language and life.”

“I had the opportunity to edit this book for the author, and I have to say it is one of the best novels I have ever read. Tremendously insightful and full of all sorts of fascinating characters and surprise plot twists. Many plot threads that start out seemingly separate are eventually woven together into a stunning story and will cause you to reflect on the path your own life is taking and why. Highly recommended."
