I liked that the book gave a broad overview, but also detailed explanations of specific areas of focus with regards to Teletherapy practices. I took away ways to use what I know from in-person therapy and apply to teletherapy practices. I feel more comfortable using TMH practices after reading this book and learning about the most important considerations for implementation and on-going aspects.
Good overview on telemental health (TMH), for clinical psychologist as well for psychiatrists. It includes details on almost every aspect of TMH except for open platforms like Skype or zoom, certainly because it’s scope is intended for US based clinicians, and certainly there the practice of TMH is strictly regulated and needs officially approved platforms.
