The content is excellent. The explanations and definitions are highly circular and can be jargony. There are plainer, cleaner ways to say the same thing. It interferes with getting a clear understanding.

A combination of systemic, developmental and commucations theories. Aimed for consultants. The writing is not too gripping, but more of a steady read that does yield some learning.
