When I read this book - nearly 20 years ago now - it did more to shape my faith than any other book I read as an adult.

Amazing when we think of how many things we put before God.
Really they are all good, worship, ministry or love as a god. C.S. Lewis. "Love begin be a demon the moment he begins to be a god." Good " The most seductve kind of idolatry is the good works that tempt the most dedicated and sincere Christians. These become our "lesser gods" .
