As a secret agent for the DEA, Snake’s gone deep into Devils Pride MC with the hope of bringing down the head of Miami’s lucrative drug trade and finds himself saddled with the club’s volatile and secretive SA instead. Unfortunately, after years as partners doing shit neither of them wanted to do for reasons neither of them felt comfortable sharing, Snake considers Trick h ...more

~~ Series Review for a Series Blog Tour ~~

FULL DISCLOSURE: You should really read The Protector before embarking into this new series. I read all three books in this series without doing so and I wasn’t exactly lost, but it IS where you first meet Ty and Chase and their journey really begins, and me being OCD about this kind of thing makes me twitchy LOL (I would have started with Predator, but I had a deadline and couldn’t add a fourth book so …. Anywho, you’ve been advised :)

Tricking Chase:
4.5 stars

I find myself enjoying this Book 2 more than Tricking Chase, simply because I already knew all the players involved and the story arc was continued from the previous book. Thus, is easier to understand what is going on.

Snake is the undercover DEA that we got to know in Tricking Chase and his relationship with his handler, the 'phone sex operator' named Greg is swoon worthy. They have been communicating via the phone for five long years without meeting each other. They forged an undeniab

I didn't enjoy this one as much as the first, but I find myself incapable of only giving it three stars.

Review to Follow

Didn't know this book was out. Time to go shopping.
I couldn't resist reading this book based on the synopsis, despite the fact that I gave up on book 1 of this series. This book was easier to follow then book 1. I absolutely adored the MCs. The cast of characters were pretty cool also. I just wish this book was more hearth and home them crime drama.

After reading Tricking Chase and absolutely loving it, I was really excited to get started on Talk Dirty to Me. And whoo boy, it sure did not disappoint! I had blinders on to everything else around me as I totally fell into this story, and did not want to put the book down-staying up way too far past my bedtime to finish in one sitting. Be sure to read this series in order-if you don't, you'll probably be lost as events build on things that happened in the previous book.

I loved the characters.

I really loved Snake & Greg's story. I loved how they had years to build up their relationship over the phone & had already developed some intense feelings before ever meeting. I loved how Greg was made real, a normal guys with a few body issues. Their first meeting was priceless.... It was a well paced story with plenty of action. It was great to Ty, Chase & Ric again as well as a few new people. It was easy to follow & not confusing even with the new additions & alphabet ag ...more

5 +++++ Stars. Another fantastic book from this brilliant author. This series and The sizzling miami series have created some of my favourite couples of all time.
Only something truly spectacular will be able to bump Bull and Red from being my fave couple ever but Greg and Snake are amazing together. Really enjoyed this. Hoping the next book is about Mateo and Carlos.

OMG how hot was this book!! The follow on from Tricking Chase left me all hot and bothered... I could not put it down. Greg was an absolute treasure of a character, it was so clever of Jessie to have Greg as a normal guy with very real body issues it was so endearing. Especially when all Snake wanted to do was devour him. The chemistry between all the characters was crazy intense especially when the two MC's paired up to work together to fight the bad guys! The story line was easy to follow and ...more

Have you ever felt that you have nothing to offer another person, physically? You look in the mirror and all you see are blemishes, runaway hair, too overweight, and your self-esteem plummets. That’s what Greg sees when he looks at himself.

Oh, he’s super smart, quirky, a little too nerdy, maybe a tad snarky. After all, he does work for the FBI as an Assistant Supervisor Special Agent in the Intelligence Division so of course he also has mad computer skills. Being assigned to Snake (Gene to Greg)

Eminently satisfying

Getting to see Snake and Greg finally meet and realize that they have long since fallen in love with one another was delightful. I loved that their love was never a question in either's mind.

The one thing that I found to be a bit distracting was how incredibly complicated the true villian's plans were, but (at the same time) how easily our team of heroes were able to understand it and unravel it.

***Beauty is in the Eye of the Beholder***

This book features Snake, real name Eugene (I’d stick to Snake, too!), a DEA agent who has been in deep cover long enough to lose who he really is as a person were it not for the voice on the phone of his never-been-seen partner with the phone sex operator voice, computer wizard Greg. Their daily phone calls over the past five years have progressed from business to friends to -- something more. Snake very much wants to pursue this something more in perso

I am such a fan of Jessie G. I have read all of the book in the sizzling Miami series and now I have read all the books to date in the Devils pride MC series and I have to say that each book keeps getting better and better. I love that in each book in the two series's that Jessie G has incorporated the characters from both series's into the books.

The primary focus was on Snake (aka Gene) and Greg his partner for their undercover mission to take down first Durango from the previous book in the se

Four and a half stars!
It’s been a while since I’ve read a book by Jessie G so I forgot how amazing of a writer she is. This story reminded me quickly with how she brought Greg and Gene together right from the first page. Their circumstances didn’t stop those feelings from growing into something huge. If anything, being under fire and in a high stress situation made those feelings grow faster.
Watching Gene transform from his lone wolf personality to one that relief o

Ahhhh,... hear that? That is me sighing with happiness over this book. A story, a real honest to goodness detailed story in a book.. finally. I've been reading so many books lately that have been, well to say it nicely nothing but "sexfest" books that the actual story gets lost between all the sex going on. NOT saying that's a bad thing but sometimes you need a good story along with the great sex and this book, Talk Dirty to Me, gives you that. It pulls you in and keeps your attention on every s ...more

I was given this book for an honest review by Inked Rainbow Reads.

This is the second book in this series and despite my enjoying the story, I did not like it as much as the first installation of this series.

Greg is a nerdy, computer genius who has developed a relationship with Snake. (I use Snake, because the two MC names are too similar when read together. Greg and Gene - when reading them so close together, they look

Talk Dirty to Me is the second book in Jessie G’s Devils Pride series and it picks up soon after the end of the first book, Tricking Chase. In that first book we see Snake having infiltrated the club and helping to bring down Durango. We get glimpses of the connection between Snake and Greg, and it is so delicious I was really excited that these guys were getting their own story. While they are new main characters in this second book, I think you will definitely
Mandie *Foxylutely Books!*
The second book in the Devil’s Pride MC series, which is a spinoff of the Sizzling Miami series. I would definitely recommend you start with that series first as I’m not sure a new reader would grasp what had happened in the past and how the characters from that series are linked with this one.

Snake is undercover and has been for the past few years. His main contact at the FBI is Greg. Over the years the two have built up a friendship which in turn has turned to something more. To finally meet f

I'm not sure any Devils Pride book is going to be better than Tricking Chase was for me. Bull and Red actually fell to second place when I read that. This was good and I enjoyed seeing Greg and Snake/Gene finally meet. Even if it wasn't ideal! I appreciated that Greg's character wasn't all muscles and abs, and that Snake was able to fall for him by getting to know him first. That said, I don't feel like I got enough of them being together and as a couple. There was a little too much telling abou ...more

Jessie teases me that I am her #1 stalker, and while it MAY be true (no admissions from me- premeditation and all) I can't get enough of her stories. Once again she gives me humor, heart and an incredible ever-evolving family.

Snake (he'd let me call him Gene I am sure) is again his bada$$ self, but we get to see a softer, honest side to him as well. The side that does want a family, admits to friends and looks forward to a future that will include love. Which he finds in spades with Greg. Love t

I have to say that while I LOVED every other book of Jessie G's that I have read, this one wasn't one of my favs sadly.

While there was some simply HOT scenes in this book, it just didn't feel the same overall as the other books. Maybe it's because parts of the relationship were long distance. IDK. I felt like while the men had been working together for so long, we still sort of missed the bonding period, the beginning of their relationship.. What made them tip from coworkers to partners in the

I’m going to start my review by being a bit unfair to the main characters of this book…I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Ty, Snake and Ric together. They are the perfect trio to entertain the hell out of me. Snake is almost as funny as Ty when they’re together and they feed off each other perfectly. Throw in Ric’s dry wit and they almost steal the limelight in this story.

We already know Snake pretty well from book 1 in the series so we don’t learn too much this time around. He’s a major bada$$ and he’s a loner

Greg is a nerd/hacker/DEA agent/all-around-average-guy who has been handling/grounding undercover agent Gene/Snake for the last five years. I really enjoyed Snake & Greg's book. We met Snake in Book One of the series. Greg is Snake's handler in the DEA. Both are loners and have developed feelings for the other via late night phone calls. I like them together as a couple and how the relationship progressed from 5 years on the phone to a genuine relationship when the time came for them to finally meet in person.
We get more acquainted with some members of the Devils Pride MC. And meet some new characters in this book from a rival

Greg is skittish about his outward appearance but Gene is focused on his heart and nothing can light the fires of passion quite like five years of foreplay.

A fast-paced, adrenaline fueled sequel of epic proportions, Talk Dirty to Me hits the ground running. At first glance Greg and Snake appear to have nothing in common, but looks are nothing if not deceiving. Thier multidimensional relationship is the foundation that embodies Talk Dirty to Me. I didn't think it was possible for Jessie G to top

Snake it's a Dia agent who has been undercover for the past five years on a motorcycle club. Greg it's his only contact inside the Dia office and a very skill computer wizard. Greg it's the only reason Eugene hasn't lost his way inside the organization. After finally defeating the drug lord now they need to crushed the entire Organization and that might not be a easy task. With surprises at every corner, some helping friends, two pissed off MC precedents one vengeful and the ot
3.75 stars rounded up

This was a very detailed book in the action and suspense part of the criminal organization storyline they were tracking for the DEA. It was almost too intricate and had a huge cast, so I appreciated the breakdown of characters in the beginning. This was the reason I wouldn't outright call it a full 4 stars. The very believable couple and the build up of their relationship is what had me round up though. I loved how they had actual problems such as body dysmorphia and other i

Greg & Gene - a couple of dirty talkers, loved their romance!

Generally I love my MCs hot and gorgeous (my fantasies) but this story was great! Greg was average in looks but was everything that "Snake" (Gene) loved and needed. Gene was hot and loved other hot men before Greg became his handler and fell in love with Greg before he had ever seen him! Greg kept Gene tethered to his real self in 5 years of total undercover work; for Gene, he could shuck his insecurities brought on by others and b

Talk dirty to me was a huge surprise. I mean, Greg is not the typical hunky MC or even clean cut, handsome, cutey a la Agent Mulder. In fact, he's quite the opposite and yet, *fansface*
