I like other books I've read by author Mary Jane Mucklestone but thought this was not nearly as ground breaking as some of her other titles. It does highlight how simple, geometric color work could be knit in bold and exciting ways. This is great for beginning knitters but kind of boring for for those with more experience. The 10 projects are pretty basic, too. I would have enjoyed more work showing difference gauge or thicknesses of yarn.

Really enjoyed this book. As an experienced knitter I have taken some great hints and tips away from it. Will also enjoy making up some of the projects.
