Great book for beginners to learn to find their intuitive voice and quiet mind chatter and a gentle nudge to those that need to remember to meditate daily. Easy to read, easy to understand with exercises at the end of each chapter so that you are not just reading, but also doing. The medium case samples at the end had me smiling and crying at the same time.
