Lacey Alexander's books have been called deliciously decadent, unbelievably erotic, exceptionally arousing, blazingly sexual, and downright sinful. In each book, Lacey strives to take her readers on the ultimate erotic adventure and hopes her books will encourage women to embrace their sexual fantasies.
Lacey resides in the Midwest with her husband, and when not penning romantic erotica, she enjoys history and traveling, often incorporating favorite travel destinations into her work.
Lacey's romantic erotica combines hardcore erotica and romance. The sex scenes are very graphic, detailed, and plentiful, including graphic language and extreme sexual situations, but entwined is a romantic, loving relationship that will reach a level of monogamous commitment by the end of the book. Perfect for the reader who enjoys extremely hot, graphic sex and fantasy-type situations, but who also finds satisfaction in traditional romance and wants to see characters fall in love.

Lacey Alexander also writes romance under the name of Toni Blake.
All three of these erotic short stories have a Christmas theme to hopefully get you in the mood...
"Holiday Inn" by Shelby Reed is a magical story about two strangers stranded by a snowstorm on Christmas Eve who end up at a roadside motel. Anna's on her way to her sister's house for Christmas when she first notices sexy biker Jesse while getting a cup of coffee at a local convenience store. Later, when a freak snowstorm hits, Anna nearly runs into Jesse on the highway. When his bike won't start, she gives him a ride to a local motel. After dropping him off, her car mysteriously dies on her. Forced to hike back to the motel for help in the midst of the snowstorm, she arrives to find no help will be available until morning, and there are no vacancies left. Jesse comes to her rescue, and offers to share his room for the night. Jesse has suffered a tragic loss in the past, and Anna is the one person who may be able to get him to start living again.
I would have loved for this story to be a full-length novel. At only 66 pages, I think it would have benifitted greatly by about 100 more pages. I thought it had real possibilities, especially if the characters of Anna and Jesse were more fully developed. I liked the premise of two lonely strangers meeting and connecting, but just thought it needed a little more...something for me to really care about them. It was pretty hot and the characters had some chemistry. And there was a nice epilogue. Not a bad read to pass an hour--3 1/2 stars.
In "Unwrapped" by Lacey Alexander, Simon and Emily have been a couple for three years. They are perfect together in every way except for their sex life. Due to her very conservative upbringing, Emily is incredibly inhibited. Even though she wants to, she just can't let go and enjoy herself. Although Simon loves her deeply and is extremely patient with her, he's starting to wonder if they can have a future together when Em can't enjoy sex like he can. Em knows that their relationship may soon reach the breaking point if she doesn't get some help. A chance encounter with an old college chum who (coincidentally) is now a sex therapist sets Em on the right track when it comes to her sexuality. Now Em is ready to give Simon a Christmas present he'll never forget!
Okay, this one was a fast-paced scorcher. Once they got things right, Em and Simon set the sheets on fire! All I can add is that I may never look at a candy cane the same way again.:) 4 1/2 stars.
"When I Close My Eyes" by Melani Blazer, is a story about two people searching for their romantic destiny. Seth and Kenna have each been having bizarre dreams about a person who they feel is meant for them. When Kenna's dream leads her from her home in Michigan to Seth's house in Lake Tahoe, it sets in motion the beginning of a romantic tryst at a snowbound cabin that turns into so much more. While Kenna is sure that Seth is the man she feels connected to from her dreams, Seth feels guilty about his overwhelming desire for Kenna, unsure if she's the woman he's been looking for from his dreams. Neither Seth or Kenna tell each other about the dreams they have, and are ready to throw away what they have found with each other, until Seth's mom, a woman with a sixth-sense of her own, steps in to save the day.
This story had some very erotic scenes, more so than the other two stories, yet something about it didn't quite grab me. I can't exactly put my finger on it, but for some reason it just didn't hit the mark for me. It was a good idea, had some really hot scenes, but was just okay for me. Somehow I expected a little bit more. 3 1/2 stars.
If you're looking for some short, sexy Christmas reads to pass a couple of hours, for the most part "On Santa's Naughty List" will deliver.
Anna Shea is driving to her sisters house for Christmas when she stops to help stranded motorist, Jesse Profitt. It's Christmas, it's snowing and he's a leather clad hunk. She's just doing a good deed but after she drops him off at the Holiday Inn she gets stuck on the road and has to hike it through the snow to get back to the motel. Unfortunately, the jolly looking clerk doesn't have any more rooms and he cheerfully sends her packing. Jesse sees her as she's walking back to her abandoned car and he offers to share his room. With a little help from Santa, Anna and Jesse share an unforgettable night.
This was very sweet. Jesse lost his son eighteen months ago and he hasn't been able to stop grieving. Being with Anna has finally brought a spark back into his life. This was definitely sexy and magical and my favorite part was the epilogue. Very sweet.
Unwrapped by Lacey Alexander
Growing up in a strict household had stifled Emily's sexuality. She wants to be more sexual with her boyfriend, Simon but every time they try she just clams up. She's wandering around the mall wondering if this will be their last Christmas when she runs into an old friend who just happens to be a sex therapist. Her friend takes her back to her condo and they engage in a very intimate therapy session. Armed with a few tricks and a 'Mrs. Claus Gone Wild' lingerie costume, Emily is determined to make this a Christmas Simon will never forget.
Wow! Freakin hot. There is a little bit of f/f in this story between Emily and Dawn, the sex therapist. Dawn teaches Emily that there's nothing to be ashamed of and she uses the 'hands on' approach. When it's time to give Simon his Christmas present, let's just say Emily was an apt pupil. I really enjoyed this unbelievably sexy story and I also really appreciated the fact that Simon loved Emily no matter what, though he certainly wasn't going to say no to a Mrs. Claus Gone Bad bra and panty(less) set. *After you read this story don't tell your significant other about the candy cane scene unless you want him to continually wave candy canes in your face while you are surrounded by family members during the holidays.* ;)
When I Close My Eyes by Melanie Blazer
Kenna and Seth have always shared a connection. Even though they've never met, no matter where they are or what they are doing they can feel the other's presence. Kenna is drawn to a lakehouse up in the mountains and she gets caught in a snowstorm with Seth. It seems fate is throwing them together, but it's up to them to make their wild and electric connection into something more.
Eh. I didn't care for this one. I refuse to believe that fate would go through all that trouble to get two people together and then allow those same two people to mess it up when they finally got together. I also couldn't believe that there was no "spark" when they first touched. If these were fated soul mates, where was the spark? Whatever. There was a lot of back and forth in this story. Kenna would love Seth and would want to make it work while Seth didn't, and then Seth would want to make it work while Kenna had given up. Eh. Definitely my least favorite of these three stories.
It took me quite a while to finish this book. And that's not necessarily a good thing. None of the stories 'grabbed' me, thus I had no problems putting the book down after (or even during) a story and waiting a week or so to pick it up again. Maybe it's just me...but that's how it was.
"Unwrapped" by Lacey Alexander is the story of a woman with the gorgeous, sexy, handsome man we all want...but she's so uptight about sex, she can't enjoy anything other than straight missionary. After three years (yes, three YEARS) she realizes that if she can't change, she might (might?) lose him. So when she runs into an old friend who happens to be a sex therapist, she learns to let it all go by watching said friend (and a female no less) pleasure herself and then letting the same friend massage her to completion. Surprises boyfriend for Christmas with new sex kitten persona and HEA results. ***I don't guess I need to explain what I thought was wrong after re-reading what I just wrote!
"Holiday Inn" by Shelby Reed. Christmas magic turns two total strangers into forced roommates and then lovers. They miraculously fall in love, recover from horrible traumas in their past, and decide to marry...in less than 48 hours!
"When I Close My Eyes" by Melani Blazer. Kenna has followed her 'feelings' across the country looking for her 'dream man'. They've been a part of each others lives for all these years and she's going to give finding him one last shot. But when they meet, he refuses to believe it's really her. They get snowed in before Christmas, have lots of hot sex, he does the push and pull thing, she decides to leave, he finally believes. HEA
If you don't mind lots of hot sex over reality...you'll like this one.
HAHAHAHA! I was searching the catalog for Christmas books to use for the taping of the library's TV program and this came up. And I immediately requested it. How can you not want to read this?
Holiday Inn by Shelby Reed: I loved this one! It was short and sweet and to the point. I found both characters extremely likable although I wish her character and background could have been a bit more in depth, but I guess some things have to be sacrificed when in comes to novellas like this. Still loved it though. 4 Stars (Had to deduct a star for the cheesy 'Christmas Miracle' aspect at the end).
When I Close My Eyes by Melani Blazer: Another enjoyable read, with a slight paranormal edge...and scorching! The only real problem I had with this one was the fact that they had an innate inability to communicate with each other (outside their dreams). The story could have been wrapped up a lot sooner if one of them had just opened their mouth (for non-sexual purposes) and spoke up. Both were too stubborn and just expected everything in terms of their relationship to just fall into their lap (again non-sexually). Still, the characters and story were likable just not as much as the first one. I actually would have preferred it if Holiday Inn were longer and this one shorter. 3.75 Stars (cause I'm feeling generous).
Ellora's Cave brings together three erotic stories just in time for the Christmas season.
HOLIDAY INN by Shelby Reed When a freak snowstorm strands Anna Shea alone in a motel with the gorgeous, leather-clad biker, Jesse Proffitt, the pair can't help but turn a little bit of Santa's magic into one amazing night together.
This was the perfect Christmas short story. The writer managed to weave emotion, eroticism, romance and Christmas magic into a believable and deliciously sexy tale.
UNWRAPPED by Lacey Alexander Emily is madly in love with her boyfriend, the gorgeous Simon - so why does she get so panicked when he mentions anything naughtier than the missionary position? Emily knows that her inhibitions are causing problems with her relationship - so with the help of her sex-therapist friend, she plans to loosen up and give Simon the sexiest, most erotic Christmas present he's ever had.
This story was very sexy, exciting and fun. With the couple being together from the start, there wasn't so much build-up of the story, which made it the perfect, light read.
WHEN I CLOSE MY EYES by Melani Blazer Every since she was a little girl, Kenna McGurly has had strange dreams about the one man she was meant to be with. In order to finally rid herself of the dreams, she rents a cabin for Christmas. But she doesn't expect to meet Seth Parker, a man she has an extraordinary connection with, and then find herself snowed in with him over Christmas.
This was the longest story (at about 150 pages it was more than double the length of the others) and in my opinion, also the weakest. I could live with the whole psychic thing but in the end it got a bit weird for my liking. And, although raunchy, there was page after page of build up and sex scenes and for me, after a while, it got a bit tedious. Still readable, but definitely not the best of the bunch.
I have to admit that when I started reading this anthology, I expected that there would be a lot of sex and very little story. I am very happy to say that I was totally wrong and each story offered lots of good substance to go along side the very erotic sex and happy Christmas cheer.
Started out sad for a Christmas book but just a short prologue. It had some interesting activities and I have a new perspective on candy canes. I skimmed some of the last longest story and felt there was insufficient groveling.
