Well researched with links to positive psychology. The author has done incredible work at her school but I would find it hard to replicate this in a North American public school. I read the kindle version and it was tough to follow. I wish there was a section that summarized the strengths builders activities as there were some good ones but they were all embedded into the writings about various festivals. Loved the start of this book but the focus on festivals made it hard to generalize the idea ...more
