I have to admit that I'm guilty of loving Sterling. He was imperfect in so many ways, yet I felt his struggle. This is a redemptive story that captures you from the very beginning. I did have an attitude towards Hanna, but only briefly. Innkeeper's Daughter actually makes you wonder about circumstances and life as a whole. You never know what will materialize. Also, the HEA helps. Recommended reading!

e been a fan of Dormaine G since Connor and her wisecracking, action packed ways. The authors ability to write in so many genres is a testament to how well The Innkeepers Daughter is written. The story starts of sexy as hell. I ended up falling for Sterling and Hanna. The ending was an unpredictable delight

This book was not really my cuppa tea. I am not a fan of cheating, but there are some circumstances written in love stories that I can be okay with it. Unfortunately, this was not one of those. He does end up with the woman he is in love with and gets a HEA.

First time reading something from this Author. I thought it was a good read but I hate cheater. I assume the outcome about the kid, and I hate the fact that he got a HEA. 3.5 stars. No wonder his wife felt the way she did, then he goes and do it again.

I liked Sterling and Hanna's story. Not to keen on the whole adultery thing but these two had instant chemistry "love at first sight" All in all a good story. Looking forward to reading more from this author.

The "Innkeeper's Daughter" is a short and passionate read but it couldn't completely convince me. Despite all of the passion and the steamy encounters it lacked some feeling.

I didn't feel the closeness and the power that drew the heroine and the hero to each other and that would have made their lovemaking something more than acts of adultery.

As the marriage was already in shambles and the hero owned up to his mistakes afterwards I could accept their actions but especially the heroine more ofte

This is a very short story that will actually get your emotions rolling. The characters are both a bit shaky for me. Sterling is a cheater. He was unhappy so he cheated. There is no getting around it. Hannah made me suspect her motives. She wanted to leave her life so bad she knowingly goes after a married man. She tries to justify if by saying that they weren't sleeping together and that he was unhappy. yes, people cheat, but I didn't care for either character. This is

I was given a free copy of this book for an honest review. For such a short book I was pleasantly surprised at the development of the characters and it felt like a much longer book. I was skeptical at first for how much of a story could take place in such a short amount of time. While the main story takes place in just a few days I felt like I understood why Sterling was at the resort and why Hannah so desperately wanted to leave. I would definitely consider reading more books from Dormaine G in ...more

I received a copy of this book for an honest review.

I liked this book but was disappointed there wasn't more to this story. The author didn't share the background information on the two main characters but for a split second and that's all you got.

The end I felt was abrupt and needed smoothing out as you were just left like - um ok, that's it?

Hanna and Sterling could have been so much more - if this had been a full length novel.

This one ended the same way I thought it would and I can honestly say I didn’t like the characters.

She may be a nurse by profession but her heart has always belonged to writing. As a young child she spent many Saturdays in the library nurturing her love for books. There she discovered her fasci ...more
