A great book mostly relying on the practice that if you believe it - it will work. Its the fine line in reality and belief that cross into the spiritual realm and still hold true.
Again, another book that is not for beginners and solely relies on the positive aspects of the practice instead of the realities of dark that also run along side it.
From attempting to create protection and guards against negativity and learning to expand your own energy its a mix bag of everything without getting a full picture of everything it entails.
Its worth the read for someone who is well versed in the field.

I am too tired and it is far too late for me to write a coherent review at the moment. But my only thought, having flipped through about half of this book so far and been both severely annoyed and greatly disappointed by its contents, can be summed up thusly and in a two-fold manner: The fuck even , and Oh for fuck's sake .

There’s about 20 pages of actual useful information the other 240 pages is of little value. It is a very dry and boring read. And it’s annoying that the author claims you don’t need to commit to any specific religious or philosophical beliefs, and then goes on how you need to call god and angels. Guess Christian beliefs for protection doesn’t apply.
Overall, I’m going to toss it out, I won’t even sell it to a 2nd hand store just to make sure I won’t waste anyone else’s time with this pointless book.
