So obviously, I didn't read it cover to cover. I more sort of skimmed it, since it's meant to be used as a tool for looking up the guidelines when you need them. It does start out with an explanation of what RDA is and what's new and exciting about it, but could have used a better connection to how the actual guidelines work.
Once you get started on the rules for registering authors and titles, it's gets harder to see how RDA is supposed to be different from any other cataloging system.

was hoping for more holistic view of RDA records than this element by element presentation.
