This book felt a little like it was suffering from split personality. The first half read more like a how-to for people who felt really angry all the time; whereas I was looking more for something that had work-place examples to tackle when someone might be behaving angry at work.
The last 1/4 of this book, however, was much better. Also, the exercises sprinkled throughout the book seemed easy to follow and - I would guess - where very entertaining.
