I knew after reading the first book in this series of standalones that I would enjoy this book. I had liked getting to know Natalie in The Beauty of Grace, and couldn't wait to find out her story. I was so not disappointed! Watching her evolve and grow as a character was quite an experience, and Cy just made her a much better person.
Great story- definitely worth the read!

I think I liked it a tad more than The Beauty of Grace but still didn't love it. The actions of the characters seemed too dramatic at times. The story is written in first person point of view. It s ...more
Really liked the main characters in the book, but there was still something missing. And the big conflict, while I understand why it wasn't mentioned until later in the book, kept me wondering what happened and why it wasn't addressed earlier.

Natalie is running from her past. She doesn't want to fall again for the wrong person. Her life is changed when they have good and bad times. The quote I chose for her is in the beginning of their relationship: “Cy, have I given you a reason to think that I don't want this? You don't kno ...more

First I must say the cover of this book...OMG...**bitting my fist right now** I don't know who the model is but HAWT is an understatement! He looked just like I imagined Cy to look, also. Great choice! Now on to the story. Cy's and Natalie "Blue's" story was touching, full of feeling and angst, and had the Elements of danger that makes a book intriguing and a joy to read. And "Waiting on Faith" had it in spades! Loved their story, stayed up way too late reading it but so worth the ...more
This story starts with brutal sadness for Natalie but she gets a second chance years later to have goodness in her life. She meets Cyrus who is complicated but she feels he is worth the effort. Their struggles are real and make it challenging to trust and forgive. When tragedy almost happens they realize they are meant to be together. Great story and will be reading more in this series.
I enjoyed this book up until Cy turned into a dickhead. I think Natalie deserved better. I get their past shaped them into what and who they were but come on...Cy needed serious help. I understand his anger and hurt but to do what he did without allowing Nat a chance an explain was selfish, cruel, and uncalled for. He never did anything to make it up to her. Too bad Spencer was her cousin cause he was someone who loved her unconditionally.
This is the second one in this series and i can honestly say i loved this one more than the first one. Just something about Nat and Cy. Nat goes through so much to get where she is now. She is such a strong lovable woman. Cy is amazing from beginning to end. Parts of this storyline i wanted to throat punch him but he proved just how amazing he is. Just a great story line from beginning to end. Highly enjoyable.
Waiting on Faith is the second book in the “She’s Beautiful Series” by Nicole Richard. I’ve recently had the opportunity to read the first book of this series, “The Beauty of Grace” and I completely fell in love with that book. So, I just knew that this second story was going to be amazing. FIVE stars Natalie and Cy.
While this is the second book in this series, it can also be read as a “stand alone” but you will enjoy the book even more if you read Book #1, since you will be reading about ...more
Right away within the first line of the story we have a female POV, it is not your typical beginning. Your thrown into Natalie’s life of what a toxic relationship is, in one sentence.
