This is a great read for anyone who has been struggling to conceive and is contemplating letting go of that struggle. Lisa has great, practical advice on handling various situations that are difficult when you feel that everyone around you has children, but you.

I especially appreciated the sections on grief. It is something that is so personal and difficult to deal with. I liked the idea of having some kind of ceremony as a symbolic way to help find closure. Reading this section helped me proces
