As someone who is a beginning gardener I picked up this book and was amazed by the stuff I read. I discovered all the cool things I could do with plants I had previously considered weeds. This is also my first gardening book so don't count on my opinion on good gardening books.

A handy little reference guide for the herb enthusiast. I would take the medicinal advice that this book give with a grain of salt, but all in all, its a very useful guide with lost of beautiful photos.

Comprehensive, as a list, but information given is brief, just a few sentences on growing.

Good as a companion book to other herb books.
