I bought this book because I'm interested in getting out there and doing more overnight/multi-day backpacking trips. This is a pretty sweet little book (although it is a little date: the Manistee River Trail, for example, has a loop now that the maps don't show), and I like it because it has both upper and lower peninsula trails. I'm definitely going to get quite a bit of use out of it.

Also, because I bought it used, it has some cute little notes in the back from the previous owner detailing camp grounds to visit near some trails. Super cool!
