This book caught my eye one day when I was at the public library. It's an easy read and makes a great case for wearing a pedometer every day and actively working to increase the number of steps you take on a daily and weekly basis. A lot of it was common sense, things that my husband and I are already doing, but it was encouraging and motivating to see that we are on the right track.
