Interesting! An underground knowledge of high dose vitamins helping ailments that seems to be being ignored by the medical community and big pharma. Makes perfect sense why big pharma want to protect their expensive pill popping industry and so are not so interested in funding research in this area.

A nice little section on general lifestyle considerations for those that are 'feeling blue' too. Diet, exercise, movement, positive psychology, meditation, being in the now, community, connection, belonging, self love.
