Hypothetically, it is legal to borrow books and learn new things from the local library when the library isn't closed for 400+ days because of a botched American response to a global pandemic.
Hypothetically, someone cool and literate could communicate by writing a letter in the mail instead of only just texting because it's more attentive and thoughtful, especially if you already have an abundance of stamps to use.
Hypothetically, it is legal to grow up to 12 marijuana plants per household in the state of Massachusetts.
Hypothetically, one could breed their own unique strain of marijuana isolating desirable traits from 99 unique genetic strains originating from 14+ states and 3+ countries acquired through normal trade and barter systems without ever needing to leave the state of Massachusetts, own an Apple iPhone, or use Facebook and Venmo.
Hypothetically, one could commit 420+ hours of focused time to the video game Animal Crossing starting off with just a tent and an orange tree and become a Bellionaire.

Description: With 512 full color pages and 1120 full color photographs and illustrations, Marijuana Horticulture: the Indoor/Outdoor Medical Grower's Bible is the most complete cultivation book available. The Fifth Edition of the former Indoor Marijuana Horticulture: the Indoor Bible was originally published in 1983, when it immediately became a best seller. More than 500,000 copies of the Indoor Bible are in print in Dutch, English, French, German and Spanish. New greenhouse and outdoor growing chapters make this a book both indoor and outdoor growers will keep under thumb. The other 15 chapters (17 total) are all updated with the most current information, completely rewritten and significantly expanded. For example Dr. John McPartland contributed an all new medical section - The books credits list more than 300 contributors and reads like a who's who in the world of cannabis cultivation.
Very informative, read like a school textbook but considering the content, I enjoyed it so much more than I would enjoy a school horticulture book. I can attest the info in this guide actually does work:)
This book is so bad. It has so much incorrect and wrong information. I understand that he started growing cannabis during the illegal phase of growing in america. Now that it is legal in many states and there is science behind growing there have been a lot of discoveries. Right off the bat he's saying things like environment changes the sex of the seeds you plant. This is insane. Genetics determine sex not things like temperature. And that is just one example of how wrong he is. I am not going to list every single one but the book is riddled with incorrect information and major discrepancies.
Considering that it was written years ago, it’s definitely dated. But still an essential read for those of whom that interested in the topic of Marijuana.
Of course the title says it all, practical advice for the "medical" grower or otherwise. However, also provides much practical advice for any type of indoor horticulture whether it be chile peppers, tomatoes, etc..., though this is not stated in the book. Well organized, written in a clear, succinct prose w/ a modicum of real world advice and at times humor. Whatever one thinks of the evil herb worth a read especially pertaining to responsible use of herbicides, pesticides and the like that is of great use for many of those who want to go low impact and/or organic.
Very useful information with great attention to detail. I recommend to anyone interested in growing either for entertainment or a connoisseur this book has the information i needed always! it also has a large variety of information i did not learn elsewhere about growing and the plant in general
Marijuana Horticulture: The Indoor/Outdoor Medical Grower's Bible by Jorge Cervantes (Jorge Cervantes 2006)(633.7) is a grower's manual that's heavy on photos and advice about indoor gardening. My rating: 7/10, finished 5/9/14.
