Super cute. This is part of a Glow Guide set by author Andrea McCloud, both of which are adorably illustrated. Great introductions to yoga and meditation.

Published by Chronicle Books, they have great art production values, as most Chronicle Books do.

For those who think meditation is intimidating, this book makes it easy. Great book, for anyone, but especially for those just beginning meditation. I like how it provides a variety of ways to meditate; not just sitting and thinking. It is informative and user friendly, and has colorful pictures throughout for those people who are more visual.
