A helpful book for it’s time. Unfortunately, I read it a few decades too late and much of the information is no longer relevant.

This book has some miscellaneous useful information, almost all of it on practical aspects of writing, such as copyright issues, how to deal with agents and editors, and good notetaking habits. There is relatively little on how to actually write well, especially for fiction writers. But it's a valuable book.

It would have been great to read this book 15 years ago. Not the author's fault it is outdated.

An older, but helpful book on writing by Writer's Digest. But then, in my eyes, Writer's Digest can do no wrong.
