Jack Ryland, along with Eliza Richardson, are riding the Wells Fargo stage to California. The stage is held up and robbed, and a man is killed. This begins the hunt for the group that robbed the stage and murdered a man.
I did not really like the story very much. I was hoping for more history. The story seemed silly at times and like I was reading a spaghetti western. In all honesty, I had to skim through a lot of of the second half just to get through it.
