Although it's seems to be common sense written into a book, it is good reminders that it is common sense and you should follow it. Also, if you are taking the course Psychology in the Workplace at Pikes Peak Community College, take this course with Amos. You'll never want to skip.

I bought this from Pay Less book store. First time I hold it, and read the first page..I fell in love with it. Guidance by examples & scenario. Relevant and practical to day to day work.

This one is good for anyone who works outside the home. I can't recommend it highly enough.
