De recepten zijn gevarieerd en zeker niet standaard West-Europees. Dat is leuk. Wat ook leuk is, zijn de kleine infoblokjes bij de recepten die vertellen wat bepaalde voedingsstoffen nu feitelijk doen, en waarom je ze nodig hebt, of welke voedingswaren veel voedselstoffen bevatten.
Uiteindelijk kon geen van de recepten mij bekoren om ze uit te proberen. Dat is dan wel weer jammer.

I really enjoyed this book. It had a lot of helpful information and lots of good recipes in it for women going through treatment or even out of treatment. I would read this book it can help you especially during and after treatment.
