Good practical guide to African safaris. I especially like the glossy pictures , the maps and insider tips. On the downside, even though the edition I purchased was published in 2012, there are parts of the book that are clearly outdated.

Of all the books about doing a safari I got from the library, I liked this one the best. Enough that I bought my own copy to help me plan the trip.
