His tales captivate her but also cause her to fall for him. He, however, has only come for her soul. Alexandra opens the Mill to art patrons, and Spectre is forced to become a part of the tour as its curator. His storytelling mesmerizes all, but he can only stand his human skin for short periods. As the time for Alex’s demise ticks forward, Spectre shares his real persona with her expecting her to flee; she stays as their attraction has grown into an impossible affair – She is Life, and he is Death. And never the twain shall meet.
