I just finished reading this book by Bob Mangat and it was awesome! Such an eye opener and loaded with practical insights. I really enjoyed how everything is broken down in actionable steps, you can tell the author is not into theories. It's all applicable, sometimes its just plain common sense but other times I felt i was peering into the mind of a marketing ninja warrior! I highly recommend reading this if you run a business and need to bring some automation and systems to simplify your life and boost your revenue and profits. Bob Mangat wrote a great one. I read many business related books, many written by "rockstars" but most are theories, at least not very practical. I saw an article about Bob Mangat in Forbes or Bloomberg, and I really liked that he id a real world expert. That works in a very hands on fashion with a variety of companies, in the US and Canada. The book is easy to read, VERY practical, loaded with tips and tricks as well as thorough systems. Bob Mangat is maybe not very known guy, like Seth Godin or Gary V. but he will be! This book is not like your ordinary sales book.  Right from beginning of the book, it is evident that Bob's personable approach resonates with the reader. Bob's "Systems and process" is what he talks about and by building those your business can scale. Bob simplifies everything into understandable language, Even for beginners. Chapter after chapter my mind was engaged.  I have implemented some of Bob's strategy in my business and have had success so far. If you're looking for an easy to read and understandable business book then this is it.

Great book and guide for already-established business owners. Are you at an impasse with your job? And know that you could be doing so much more with your time and money but don't know how? Then I would highly recommend reading this book! Bob Mangat tells you the value in understanding the ins and outs of your business, he'll show you how to target your customers and make the most out of a loyal business relationship, and ultimately how to create the lifestyle you want without being bogged down by all the hustle and bustle. He'll tell you that its all about organizing your system, determining your worth and value, and maximizing your profit AND time. The writing style is relatable and understandable - you'll understand his ideas and thought process no problem! Bob makes it easy for you so you can make it easier on yourself. Definitely give this book a shot! You won't be disappointed.

The book is a great read for anyone looking to start or scale his or her business. As I was reading the book I felt this odd connection to Bob Mangat and it truly resonated with me. It's rare to read a business book that's written from the heart that's raw and real and brings together business and life.
