A bit dated now but still contains a wealth of good information and would still be a good book for any homebrewers library.

I learned just about everything I know about beer and wine making from this book. Clear and straightforward, but not dumbed-down, this book is ideal for beginner and intermediate alike. Highly recommended for anyone interested in the subject.
