I wanted to like this book, I really did. But the voice / narrative device was just awkward. I agree with other reviewers that you should skip everything but the last two chapters, where Dr. Jensen speaks with his authentic voice - it's much more engaging, readable, and memorable.

I did learn and have made part of my daily routine many of the strategies/tactics described, and they work, so worth working through regardless.

This book has a quote that sums it best,"we can't control time, but we can control our energy."

Excellent book to ponder as you deal with the "pressures" real and perhaps less so in your life.

Don't waste your time reading the entire book, rather, read the summary at the end. The author proposes the concept of energy management rather than time management. I wish I would have managed my energy to a greater extent and just closed the book...
