Delizioso piccolo romanzo pieno di voglia di maternità, tenerezza e realismo. Lei vuole un figlio e si rivolge a una banca del seme. Peccato che conosca il donatore, perché lei lavora lì, e lo scelga perché le piace. Ma lui la invita a uscire insieme e tutto si complica. Molto carino.

Cerita ini lumayan menarik menurut saya.

Ali memutuskan untuk menjadi ibu tunggal dan memilih menjalani pembuahan bayinya dengan program bayi tabung. Hal ini memang sangat mungkin, mengingat Ali bekerja di bank sperma. Jadilah Ali menjalani program tersebut dan berhasil hamil.

Hanya saja, tiba-tiba Ali berkenalan dan jatuh hati dengan dr. Brad Darling. Saat Brad mengetahui kehamilan Ali, Brad sadar bahwa anak yang dikandung Ali bukanlah anaknya karena usia kandungan yang sudah lebih tua ketimbang saat pertemuan pertama mereka. Ini membuat Brad kecewa karena menyangka Ali membohongi Brad.

Pada akhirnya saat dirunut balik, ternyata anak yang dikandung Ali memang anak Brad, hanya saja terjadi karena pembuahan bayi tabung.

It was so bad that I had to read the entire thing in sick fascination. It starts with what I am fairly sure is a seriously medically unethical act and just goes from there. Egads.
