Absolutely loved this book. I walked straight into book two without reading book one and that is alright! But I know I didn't get River's and Joss' story. I got Cooper and Kate in this book. What a couple!!

Kate met Cooper and Sadie on the beach. Cooper and Sadie lived two houses down from River. Kate is in the healing stage. Kate suffers from severe depression and has even attempted suiciide. Sadie

Now this book is what I have come to expect when I read an Annalisa Nicole book. She gave us a sweet romance without a lot of outside drama, but also an emotional journey of one woman to find love, healing, and forgiveness.

I Hear…Love is the second book in Annalisa’s A Different Road series. This book is a standalone novel, but in my opinion, this should be read after reading book 1 (I See…Love) The ch

I had to stop reading twice due to the emotions in this book, so be warned. Tissues at the ready.

From the first word you are thrown into the deep end of feelings. You are taken through the deep intense pain that Kate feels. You have a run down of her past and her present pain. You can't help but feel for her.
But when one day she meets a soppy dog and her handsome owner, Cooper. There is a little spark between them and with Kate being as strong as she can be, she tells Cooper everything about h

When you go through life with voices and noise in your head you don't know how to block out, but also when no one else see's or hears it how you do you then feel so alone.

Kate 23 young you say, well maybe in the number but not what she's lived through she feels so much older than she should. Living through something so traumatic that changes your whole life not only is it hard to get over but it puts the doubts in your mind.

Wow such a powerful series is building here. I adored the 1st book but this was so much more. Maybe because there was even more happiness and love IDK. I know River enough to have not been angry with his actions but it was a bit frustrating that it took him so long to come to his senses. I was unsure what Kate's story was going to be and once I figured out River's in book 1 I took a look at the title and assumed Kate's. Surprisingly Kate's was much more than I initially thought. The noise and th ...more

I thought I loved the first one but this one really stole my heart. Kate, Cooper and Sadie are super adorable together. First before you wonder why I included the dog's name(Sadie), let me explain. Kate has been working hard since rehab to prove herself to her brother and she is getting stronger everyday. A walk on the beach and she meets a gorgeous guy with a dog. The dog, Miss Sadie, forms a connection with Kate. She is her protector. She also helps Kate form a friendship with Cooper. They sta ...more

This is the second book in A Different Road series and I highly recommend reading book 1 first.

This is such a beautiful story at picking up the pieces and being strong enough to move on from your personal guilt. It's interesting how both River and Kate feel like they are each to blame over the accident and I look forward to reading Stephen's journey as well as all three have so much pain yet they cope different ways.

I honestly loved Kate and could really relate to the perceptions she felt on how

This is the story behind the broken and beautiful Kate Mason. We met her briefly in River and Joss' book 'I see....love'. Now we find out what makes her tick. What puts the shadows in her eyes.

Kate isn't the only star of this story. Its a trio of stars. Kate, Cooper & Sadie. Sadie with her soulful brown eyes and intuition knows exactly what Kate needs. Cooper, the valiant neighbor and Sadie's human, makes sure that Kate gets exactly what she needs.

'I hear...love' is a standalone. In book one

FABULOUS story! Kate & Cooper have this great magnetic pull that is super sweet & really enjoyable! Kate's struggle is so relatable & her feelings are written beautifully. I love how a certain pup is incorporated into the story. River & Joss have some struggles in this story as well, and while I hated seeing River be that much of a jerk, it gave the story a certain full-ness. And COOPER! Swoony goodness is Cooper.

I highly recommend this series, really everything I've read from t

book one was wonderful, however this book was so much better!! Kate has struggled with so much in her young life, and thanks to her brother, has overcome so much but not all of her insecurities and hardships. Cooper met kate due to his very friendly dog sadie. Sadie and Kate became fast friends and sadie helped Kate in so many ways. Kate and cooper make the perfect pair, the cutest couple! Cooper became my hero when he saved Kate form her dark place. This book...man, this book pulled me in deep and wouldn't let go. Annalisa has an amazing way of telling stories and I was addicted from the first word. Kate and Coopers story is heart-felt and beautiful. Throw in the amazing Sadie, an overprotective brother and an amazing, ugly cry ending, and you have this wonderful book. Grab the tissues, a lovely bottle (yes, I said bottle) of wine and enjoy! I can hardly wait for the next one!

Not only was I happy we got to hear Kate''s story, but there's something satisfying about seeing snippets of my favorite characters (River and Joss) from someone else's POV that always puts a smile on my face. I See Love is a sweet romance with enough tragedy blended in to keep your heart pumping throughout. This was a delightful little read that didn't take long to devour!

This is a very emotional and moving book. Kate blames herself for her parents death, River's blindness and Stephen drifting away from the family. It's heartbreaking to read about someone feeling their loved ones would be better off without them. She has returned from rehab and River took her in so he could watch over her. Kate meets Sadie and Cooper who both added more to Kate's life. Kate is still fighting her inner demons as well as River bring overprotective. The book is a quick read, but the ...more

I've read every single book Annalisa Nicole has released and each one has captured all of my senses, taking me into the lives of the characters and leading me along their paths with them. My emotions become invested, with every low bringing sadness, despair and sometimes anger, and the highs bringing so, so much joy that pulls me back up from the hardest of falls. When I started reading I hear...Love, I wasn't quite sure that the highs would be enough this time around, because with the first ch ...more

WOW!!!! Goodness. I'm in a major book hangover here!!! This book is so FANtastic!!!! This book is what I save my Five Feather reviews for!

Cooper, Sadie & Kate - just wow!!

If you read, I See...Love then you know about the Mason siblings. Stephen, River & Kate. The 1st book is about River, who is blind. The 2nd book is about Kate, who has too many voices in her head, and the 3rd book will be about Stephen who seems to have a hard time with words. The three of them lost their parents in a

The second book in the A Different Road series, I Hear...Love works as a standalone (I hadn't read I See...Love, River's story before reading this) but I'd recommend reading book 1 first as it does provide a lot of background.

Music is her salvation. It's the only ways she can keep the demons at bay.
Kate is a beautiful woman but she hides away blanking herself for her patents death, her brothers meekness, and her other brothers blindness. You see and hear about them in the first book I See... Love. I do recommend getting the first one to read it. Because Kate blames herself she had been trying to fight the demons that live inside her, until one day she tries to commit suicide. After getting out of rehab for said suic

This is the second book in A Different Road series and I highly recommend reading book 1 first.

Kate Mason, 23, blames herself for the death of her parents when she was 5 years old. Since then she has struggled with alcohol and addiction issues trying to cope with the pain inside her. When she moves in with her brother, River, a puppy on the beach is drawn to her and may be just what she needs to help her deal with it all.

I adore Annalisa Nicole's writing. Every book she has written has been beautiful and memorable for me. I Hear...Love, however, was in a different league. This book is without a doubt Annalisa's best work to date. I LOVED IT!!!
