I picked this book up in the hopes that Mike Kennedy improved the plot of this series and Ruiz Velasco improved his artwork but neither really did. The story continues the travels of Itto and Daisy but it's very disjointed and once again none of the characters develop. Some minor new characters are introduced and none of them are interesting since they appear in one episode are gone the next. The story remains uninteresting and the artwork is inconsistent; in one panel Velasco brings the world to life yet in the art seems less detailed.
