Heather Amery was born and brought up in Bath, Somerset. Heather has written over a hundred books for children, including alphabet books, science and history books, craft books, classical fairy tales, a series for beginner readers called Farmyard Tales, Usborne Bible Tales, and Greek Myths.

Lovely book- very festive and exploring the lead up to Christmas with some farm scenery and plenty of tractors. 2 yo Bud loves this book and enjoys spotting and naming various animals and objects throughout. The lift the flaps element was great too- there were several flaps per page which was unusual but fun.

A fantastic book with Christmas lift the flaps. A perfect snowy Christmas on the farm with the characters Poppy and Sam. All the books in the Farmyard Tales series are lovely but this one is the best !
