I agree with the author's stance on dignified death and not prolonging the inevitable, but disagree that CPR is largely ineffective and should only be used in special circumstances. Anecdotally I can say CPR is effective. Everyone should learn it and not hesitate to use it.

Disagreement aside, I enjoyed the book immensely.
